MS Consultancy Services offers professional consulting services, including but not limited to:
- FATCA / CRS Compliance (e.g., Entity Classification, Due Diligence, GIIN Registration)
- Indian Taxation (e.g., Tax Compliances, Cross-Border Advisory, Tax Audit)
- UAE Corporate Tax (e.g., Transaction Advisory, Tax Filing, Transfer Pricing)
- US Tax Work (e.g., Individual Tax Filings, C Corp / S Corp Filings, FBAR Filing)
- Transfer Pricing (e.g., Benchmarking Support, Litigation Support)
- Virtual CFO Services (e.g., Accounts Outsourcing, Financial Management, Payroll Services)
Services are provided based on the scope agreed upon in a written contract or engagement letter. All services are subject to availability and the expertise of our team, led by Chartered Accountant Mihir Shah with over 14 years of experience.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into a contract to use our services. Businesses must be duly registered and authorized to operate in their respective jurisdictions (e.g., India, UAE, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, BVI).
4. Fees and Payment
- Pricing: Fees are outlined in the engagement letter or contract and may vary based on service scope and jurisdiction. We offer flexible pricing starting at competitive rates.
- Payment Terms: Payments are due as specified in the agreement, typically within 30 days of invoicing. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
- Refunds: Refunds are at our discretion and subject to the terms of the engagement. Non-refundable deposits may apply for certain services.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Notify us of any changes in your business or financial status that may affect our services.
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays or termination of services.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, reports, and deliverables provided by MS Consultancy Services remain our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the intended purpose. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to disclose our proprietary methods, strategies, or advice to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
MS Consultancy Services provides services with due care and skill but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for:
- Losses due to inaccurate information provided by you.
- Changes in laws or regulations affecting your business.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice:
- By You: With 30 days’ notice, subject to completion of ongoing work and payment of outstanding fees.
- By Us: If you breach these terms, fail to pay, or provide false information, with immediate effect.
Upon termination, we will return any unused funds (if applicable) and cease service delivery.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City, India – e.g., Mumbai], with additional consideration for applicable laws in UAE, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, or BVI where services are rendered.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

13. Changes to Services
